PRIMEFORECLOSURES.COM is in the business of purchasing real estate assets at deep discount pricing and reselling those assets to professional real estate investors.  In short, we are a “real estate wholesaler” providing a pipeline of value priced properties to the real estate investment community. We pioneered the concept of selling wholesale real estate over the World Wide Web over 12 years ago when most of our competitors didn’t even have an e-mail address.

We do not act as brokers or agents. We purchase properties as a principal, and sell as a principal.  This sets us apart from the majority of our competitors who act as middlemen with no risk or vested interest in the properties they are offering for sale.

Perhaps the most beneficial element of our business is the fact that we are a “fixed price” real estate wholesaler, meaning that we fully disclose to our investor customers the amount of profit we are making on every property we sell. The markup can be pre-agreed upon in advance of any purchase we make on properties that we pre-sell to the investor.  Our fundamental belief is that the person taking the most risk should be entitled to the most financial reward.  We believe that our long term success is reliant upon our customer’s ability to make reasonable and consistent returns on their investments and by limiting our “markup”, we provide a purchasing platform where the likelihood of our customers getting the results they desire is greatly increased.

Our pipeline for product purchasing is very diverse. The principals have developed relationships and vehicles to acquire deep discount properties over a 15 year period, having purchased and wholesaled thousands of properties in the greater Maricopa county area.

We are keenly focused on purchasing those properties that represent the lowest risk for our customers, with the highest possible economic reward. Our selection criteria is based upon our years of experience, having made every possible mistake and insulating our customers against those costly lessons through our experience and expertise.  We believe that our reputation, historical performance and consistent results achieved by our customers over a long period of time results make us the best place to do business.
