Inspecting vacant properties is easy. All of the properties owned by Primeforeclosures.com are on
our master key and you are free to inspect them at any time. A master key can be obtained at our
offices and you will be asked to sign our inspection liability waiver in exchange for the key which is
issued free of charge.
Inspecting occupied properties is undertaken at your own risk. Occupants of properties may be suffering
from significant mental distress and their behavior may be unpredictable. Primeforeclosures.com does NOT
endorse, suggest or encourage that you make any attempt to contact occupants of occupied properties, or conduct any
inspection of occupied properties that extends beyond driving by inspection, and that is at your own discretion and risk.
