About the Principals:

Jody D. Angel, Principal/Managing Director:  prior to his involvement with the current venture, Mr. Angel founded Union Equity LLC, a real estate investment firm specializing in the purchase and repositioning of distressed assets.  Prior to Union, he served as principal and in-house counsel for 6 Angels LLC, a real estate investment firm, and practiced intellectual property, entertainment and real estate law at Hagenbaugh & Murphy from 1997 through 1999. Mr. Angel graduated with a BA from Arizona State University in 1993, and graduated in 1997 from Southwestern University School of Law with moot court honors distinction. 

Since 2003 when he relocated from Southern California to Arizona, Mr. Angel has purchased and sold millions in deeply discounted real estate.
